Health coaching is an engaging, whole person, client-directed process designed to move you towards your goals, realize wellbeing and inspire your life journey.
The recommended time for coaching in support of meaningful, lasting change is a minimum three months. Our brains and body re-wire best with patience, taking small steps, and learning and building on successes over time.
Our work is forward-focused: you articulate your vision, goals, create a plan, assess readiness, and take action. We check in on your successes, maximize learning, work through obstacles, and you take more action. I reflect the best of you as you move forward towards your goals.

For individuals not ready to commit to a package, I offer single sessions. These sessions support your change process by helping you clarify the focus for your change and a plan forward.
To tap into the power of community and shared learning and support, I offer group coaching for women navigating health and wellbeing during midlife. For over 25 years, I've had a special focus coaching and advocating for women navigating chronic autoimmune disease, and challenging health journeys.
